Dany Giroux

Dany has over 28 years of experience in performance improvement, Lean best practices, business process transformation and optimization. Among other things, he acquired his experience as a manager, where he was responsible for several Kaizen and design process optimization workshops. He has also worked as a consultant in operational performance improvement and strategic consulting with industrial and service organizations.

Dany has completed and led major projects in both English and French, with noteworthy results. He is recognized for his leadership and involvement with employees and customers he works with. In conclusion, the advice he provides both at a tactical level and to senior management has enabled the latter to improve their approach.
