For Yves, explaining LEAN thinking through concrete cases and their implementation is the foundation of successful teaching. And he has many examples to share! For many years, he held the position of Director of Manufacturing Operations for major organizations, one of which was a pioneer in the field and a true model of LEAN Management.

An experienced consultant, Yves has trained and supported over 150 managers, and a large number of LEAN agents, in the development of their LEAN management and Kata mode improvement skills. He has conducted more than 80 Kaizen workshops and contributed directly to the implementation of Toyota principles in numerous organizations. He has nearly 25 years' experience in the field of continuous improvement, including almost 15 as a senior LEAN consultant.
