Jean-François has worked for over 38 years as a manager and LEAN agent. For over 10 years, he has devoted his career to implementing project management structures and continuous improvement culture. During this period, he has provided introductory training in the LEAN approach to over 250 people, some 40 LEAN agents and some 20 managers in implementing Daily Management Systems (DMS).
