Bernard Gagnon

Bernard has forged an enviable reputation in the field of continuing education, and his name alone is a guarantee of quality. With his characteristic creativity and innovative spirit, there's no shortage of ideas, and no shortage of projects either. But whatever he undertakes, his motivations remain the same: to share his expertise, solve problems and contribute to business performance.

Bernard has over 20 years' experience in continuous improvement, 13 of which in large-scale organizations. As a trainer and coach, he has accompanied dozens of green belt and black belt LEAN agents in their development process. In addition to founding the LEAN Campus, he heads Groupe Bernard Gagnon, a team of experts who support companies in operational optimization and change management. It has also recently launched LEAN Scan, a multi-platform digital solution that facilitates the implementation of LEAN principles and techniques within companies.
