Jean-François combines his two professional interests; he is a continuous improvement consultant in an organization and a trainer at Campus LEAN. Recognized for his patience, listening skills and empathy, he thrives on collaborative exchanges and the sharing of ideas, as well as data and statistical analysis.

With over 15 years' experience in process improvement and optimization, including 8 years in large-scale organizations, Jean-François possesses solid skills in project management, change management, process mapping and optimization. He has led numerous Kaizen workshops and successfully completed complex projects requiring Lean and statistical actions (Six Sigma). He has made his mark in a number of sectors, including the public sector, manufacturing, industrial equipment sales and distribution, metal and plastic extrusion, and building and fleet maintenance.
