Marie-Paule Gauthier, Eng. M.Sc.A.

Recognized for her rigor, organizational skills and ability to listen, Marie-Paule has over 30 years' convincing experience in continuous improvement, project management, coaching and training in numerous organizations. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial engineering, as well as LEAN Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

Over the course of her career, she has supported stakeholders and managers at all levels in the deployment of LEAN cultures, as well as numerous workshops and projects in the healthcare, service and manufacturing sectors.
