Philippe is an industrial engineer with an MBA and 11 years' experience in continuous improvement and process optimization. Over the course of his career, he has worked as a project manager, facilitator and continuous improvement consultant for manufacturing, service and healthcare organizations. Today, he is LEAN program coordinator at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec, lecturer at Université Laval, and trainer at Campus LEAN.
